We’re Hat Creek Butchery, and we’ve been a premier butcher shop here in Plains, KS, since 2021. We specialize in meat processing, retail delivery, and meat bundles. We believe in quality cuts and excellent service, offering brisket, sirloin, ribs, shanks, and more. We started this business to provide the best steaks to our community, and we’re looking forward to partnering with Meade, Stevens, and Seward counties to continue to offer a premier butcher experience.
